The Brief
MultiplanREAM reached out and asked us to design collateral specifically tailored to the 57 Ocean Penthouse offering. Utilizing the existing style guide and assets, we designed, copy-wrote and produced a bespoke Penthouse Brochure in both print and digital formats, as well as a multi-page Penthouse Fact Sheet and new Penthouse Floorplan, including furniture styling. Prior to designing, we joined meetings with the developer, interior designer and sales professionals to program the residence floorplan, private amenities, interiors and finish selections to create an elevated residential offering worthy of commanding nearly $40 million dollars.
