The Brief
The development partnership for SeaGlass, Jupiter Island needed an experienced development marketing executive to execute and manage the marketing efforts this new super luxury oceanfront condominium. From pre-development through sellout, the scope included managing the local creative talent and photographers, print and television media campaigns, digital media campaigns, social media and public relations firms as well as working directly with the developers on all marketing efforts. We also handled a portion of the creative work for the project including digital advertising, email marketing, event invitations, printed amenity and site plans, promotional take-aways, such as tote bags to house collateral, branded hardhats, engraved shovels and commemorative gifts.
