The Brief
As a result of the successful sellout of La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands, Simply continued a partnership with Continuum Companies to deliver a complete collateral package for the developer's next luxury residential condominium project, La Baia North. Integrating select components that carried the La Baia brand through to a second building, our team created and produced an elevated creative campaign incorporating new lifestyle and neighborhood photography, art directing all the residence and amenity renderings as well as completing a full marketing package ahead of schedule for the sales team.
